RAM Game Room Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product Warranties:

  • RAM Game Room branded merchandise is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Prior to honoring the warranty, RAM reserves the right to request suitable images of any warranty claim.
  • For non-RAM branded merchandise, RAM will adhere to the manufacturer's warranty policy. If you require information on a specific manufacturer's warranty, please contact our customer service team or the manufacturer directly.

Product Returns: Buyer’s Remorse: If you've ordered a product and it arrives in excellent working condition but wish to return it due to personal preference:

  • The customer can make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to our warehouse.
  • Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less a 25% restocking fee.
