The entire experience was exceptional. Shipping was smooth, with the BARDIS packed immaculately and with obvious care. The instructions for assembly were clear, simple, and straightforward.
The final product, as you can see in the pic...absolutely incredible. This piece is extremely high quality, made with heavy, sturdy materials, and built to last. It looks amazing—better than I could have imagined.

I'm always a little leery about buying stuff on-line. I ordered the pool table light and when it arrived, I had a quick look and everything seemed OK. I did not take the product out of the box. Two weeks later, I went to install the light, and when removing the light bar found that one light cone was damaged and one end cap was damaged. I took some pictures and sent them to Scott MacArthur. Scott quickly responded and said he would send a new light bar. The new light bar quickly arrived by courier. I installed the light assembly and I am extremely happy with it. Lights up the pool table very well and gives the room an excellent ambience at night time. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received and the quality of the light.

Super easy to put together and looks amazing. It’s really solid and heavy, and the leather playing surface is perfect. The cup holders around the edge are such a cool feature it definitely feels like a high-end poker table. When the top is on, it turns into a gorgeous table that works great for eating or just hanging out in our space. We’re so happy with how amazing it looks and how well it’s made!

This is a high-quality table crafted from solid wood. Assembly was straightforward, but since it’s quite heavy, I’d recommend having a second set of hands to help. I chose the footrail option and couldn’t be happier with it. I also selected the matte walnut table finish paired with the matte black footrail, and the combination looks absolutely stunning. I took a chance on this product because, at first, I thought it was pretty pricey. Now that I have it, I can confidently say it's worth every penny. This cabinet is exceptionally well-made and feels substantial. The finish is beautiful and far surpasses other TARDIS cabinets I've seen in terms of quality. I'm using it to store my Doctor Who collectibles and as a bar, and I love that it's lockable. The hidden Dalek “Easter egg” inside was a fun surprise and a great touch! Overall, a fantastic product—I highly recommend it!
