Fantastic communication as my original order was not available and the RAM team was able to quickly pivot to another similar color. Delivery was great as the driver went out of his way to put the item in a safe location inside my garage. Assembly was a challenge (one of the more difficult items I have ever assembled) as I did the majority myself with some assistance for a couple of steps. There was a very small ding on the top corner of the bar, but I was able to do a light sand and stain to correct it. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.
