Bar looks great and is pretty solid. However it is extremely heavy. It came in 2 large boxes both of which were very badly banged up and taped. Tape was wrapped around both boxes like a mummy. When I finally managed to open them there was damage to 4 of the pieces. RAM was very very good at suppling a couple of alternatives which included replacement parts, a partial credit, a return and replacement or a return and refund. I went with the credit because I did not want to wait for the replacement parts and I did not want to gamble on a second one and have to deal with all of the cardboard and sheets and sheets of styrofoam.
